Terms of Service

1. Provider and acceptance
Bilveo is operated by QuadroGen Yeni Nesil Enerji Sistemleri ArGe ve Danışmanlık LTD. ŞTİ., Aksu Mh. Yurt Sk. OMÜ Teknopark Blok No: 165, Atakum, Samsun, Türkiye. By creating an account, buying a plan or using a feature that requires acceptance, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
Bilveo provides website analysis, optimisation guidance, workflow tools and, depending on plan and release stage, AI-assisted analysis, visibility monitoring and connected performance information. Features labelled planned, beta, coming or in development are not commitments that the feature is currently available.
3. Plans and limits
Bilveo may use branded plan names such as Veni, Vidi and Vici. The pricing page and checkout define the limits, credits and included features applicable at purchase. A plan name does not imply unlimited use.
4. Eligibility
Anonymous public pages and non-AI free functionality may be accessible without an account. Accounts, paid subscriptions and direct AI-chat functionality are intended for users aged 18 or older unless Bilveo expressly implements a lawful alternative for a jurisdiction. If you use Bilveo for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Bilveo to violate law, third-party rights or access controls.
- Do not submit content that you are not authorised to analyse or process.
- Do not bypass plan/credit limits, extract secrets, interfere with security or abuse APIs.
- Do not intentionally submit unnecessary sensitive personal data to AI features.
6. Analysis and AI outputs
Bilveo provides technical and strategic assistance. Search engines and AI systems change independently. Bilveo does not guarantee rankings, indexing, mentions, citations, recommendations, traffic, conversions or revenue. AI outputs may contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed before material decisions or website changes.
7. User content
You retain rights in content and data you lawfully provide. You grant Bilveo a limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the requested service and comply with law. Bilveo does not claim ownership of your website content.
8. Intellectual property
Bilveo software, interfaces, scoring frameworks, branding, documentation and proprietary methods are owned by or licensed to Bilveo, subject to third-party rights. Product names such as Bilveo Token Efficiency Score™ may be used as brand or methodology identifiers.
9. Third-party services
Bilveo may integrate with Paddle, AI providers, Google services, Cloudflare and other third parties. Their independent terms, availability and privacy practices may affect specific features.
10. Fees, renewal and cancellation
Prices, billing intervals, credits and usage limits are shown at checkout. Recurring plans renew until cancelled unless checkout states otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the already-paid period, subject to applicable law and the live billing configuration. 11. Suspension and termination
Bilveo may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or where required by law. Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, notice will be provided.
12. Availability
Bilveo is an evolving SaaS product. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages and internet failures may affect access.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilveo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on analysis results, third-party platform changes or unauthorised account use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that mandatory consumer law does not permit us to exclude. A specific contractual liability cap for business customers may be added before paid launch.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to a consumer in their place of residence. For disputes not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, competent courts and enforcement offices of Samsun, Türkiye apply.
