Privacy Policy

Pre-launch version 0.9 · Last updated 29 August 2026. This policy will be reconciled with Bilveo's final production infrastructure before paid public launch.

1. Who we are

Bilveo is operated by QuadroGen Yeni Nesil Enerji Sistemleri ArGe ve Danışmanlık LTD. ŞTİ. Registered address: Aksu Mh. Yurt Sk. OMÜ Teknopark Blok No: 165, Atakum, Samsun, Türkiye. Privacy / KVKK / GDPR contact: bilveo@QuadroHub.com. General support and billing: supportbilveo@quadrohub.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Bilveo website, Bilveo accounts and, when enabled, Bilveo browser-extension and cloud features. Features not yet enabled do not collect data merely because they are described here.

3. Data we may process

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process data as necessary to provide requested services and accounts, administer subscriptions and entitlements, secure the service, respond to support requests, comply with legal/accounting obligations and, where enabled, provide user-requested AI analysis or connected integrations. Where consent is required for optional marketing or non-essential tracking, it will be requested separately. Acceptance of this privacy policy is not blanket consent.

5. AI processing

Bilveo distinguishes deterministic/rule-based auditing from AI-assisted processing. When a user intentionally invokes an AI feature, Bilveo intends to route only the data reasonably necessary for that request through a Bilveo-controlled backend to the configured provider. Provider credentials are intended to remain server-side. Exact providers, payload limits, retention behaviour and processing locations will be listed before production activation.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. AI Readiness is a readiness assessment and does not prove that an AI service has mentioned, cited or recommended a website.

6. Payments

Paid subscriptions are intended to be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may independently collect buyer identity, billing and payment information for payment processing, taxation, fraud prevention, invoicing and order fulfilment. Bilveo should receive only the information necessary to provision and support the service and does not intend to store full payment-card credentials.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be disclosed only where necessary to service providers such as hosting/infrastructure, authentication/email, payment, user-requested AI providers, security/error monitoring, analytics if lawfully enabled, and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. The final named list is maintained in the Subprocessor & International Transfer Notice.

Where data is transferred internationally, Bilveo will use an applicable transfer mechanism required by Turkish, EEA/UK or other applicable law. Provider-by-provider mechanisms will be documented before a production provider receives relevant personal data.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, protect security, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Exact production periods depend on the final backend, hosting and processor configuration and will be published once verified. Browser-local data may remain until the user removes it, clears browser data, uninstalls the extension or uses an application deletion function.

9. Security

Bilveo applies technical and organisational measures proportionate to the service and data processed. Public security claims are limited to controls actually implemented and verified. See the Security & Data Protection Overview.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law and location, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a competent authority. Turkish data subjects also have the rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Requests may be sent to bilveo@QuadroHub.com. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

11. Children and age

The public website and anonymous non-AI informational/free functionality may be browsed without creating an account. Bilveo accounts, paid subscriptions and direct AI-chat functionality are intended for persons aged 18 or older unless a different lawful arrangement is expressly implemented for a jurisdiction.

12. Marketing communications

Transactional account, security and billing messages are separate from optional blog, product-update and promotional communications. Optional communications will use an opt-in where required and provide an unsubscribe method.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes. Material changes will be communicated by an appropriate notice. Privacy: bilveo@QuadroHub.com. Support/billing: supportbilveo@quadrohub.com.
